The Cadeby Pub & Restaurant

Main Street, CADEBY, Doncaster, DN5 7SW

The Cadeby stands well back, buffered from the village's main street by a lovely long lawn with tables. Yorkshire-brewed real ales are usually Timothy Taylor Landlord and Black Sheep (plus weekly changing guest ales from the area), while Westons Old Rosie and Stowford Press are on cider duty. Snacks, sandwiches and light meals are available at lunchtime; and the evening menu showcases seasonal dishes prepared in house from the best locally sourced ingredients. Typical choices might be mustard pannacotta, baby beets and goats' cheese crumble to start, followed by lamb rump, cannon and shoulder with smoked pomme purée, baby vegetables and rosemary jus. Certainly leave room for a slice of gin, chocolate and lime cheesecake.
