Old Court House Inn

St Aubin's Harbour, ST AUBIN, JE3 8AB

Overlooking the stunning bay at St Aubin's Fort, this old inn's medieval origins are testified by the wizened beams and mellow stone walls. The cellars here were once allegedly used to hide contraband, although the restaurant itself is housed in the original court house building. When the sun shines, grab a seat on the terrace and enjoy a pint of Jersey-brewed Liberation Ale or one of 17 wines offered by the glass. Seafood dominates the menu, starting perhaps with seared scallops and saffron risotto before moving on to pan-fried sea bass, crushed potatoes, Jersey crab and sauce vièrge.
