The Sloop Inn

Possibly the most famous pub on the north Pembrokeshire coast, The Sloop Inn is located in the beautiful quarrying village of Porthgain and is especially enticing on a cold winter's day. The walls and ceilings are packed with pictures and memorabilia from nearby shipwrecks. The harbour is less than 100 yards from the door and there is a village green to the front, a large south-facing patio and a children's football pitch. With ales like Felinfoel and The Rev. James on the pump, a varied menu includes breakfasts, snacks, pub favourites, steaks and home-caught fish. Just the place to call into when out for one of the amazing nearby walks.
