On the rugged Pentire Headland, this late 18th-century former cottage must have one of the best coastal views in the county. With a great reputation for modern British food, particularly fresh fish, The Lewinnick offers starters of pork and duck liver terrine; and twice-baked Cornish Yarg soufflé, followed perhaps by sautéed potato gnocchi; slow-braised Cornish lamb shank; or Falmouth Bay moules marinière.
