The Thatch Inn

Wrexham Road, Faddiley, NANTWICH, CW5 8JE

The Thatch is believed to be one of the oldest pubs in south Cheshire, if not the prettiest. This black-and-white inn has a three-quarter acre garden, while inside there are plentiful oak beams and open fires in winter. Enjoy a pint of Salopian Shropshire Gold with main courses such as barbecue chicken, home-made chips and salad; fish pie; gammon, egg and pineapple; or red Thai chicken curry. Light bites and sandwiches are served until 6pm. Children can choose from their own menu.
