Marble Arch

73 Rochdale Road, MANCHESTER, M4 4HY

Built in 1888 by celebrated architect Alfred Darbyshire for Manchester brewery B&J McKenna, the Marble Arch is now part of the award-winning organic Marble Brewery. A listed building famous for its sloping floor, glazed brick walls and barrel-vaulted ceiling, it is a fine example of Manchester's Victorian heritage. Now an established favourite with beer aficionados and offering six regular ales and eight seasonal house beers, the pub offers a well-considered menu, from traditional bar meals of fish and chips to rabbit cassoulet. It also hosts its own beer festivals.
