A delightful village inn owned by Joycelyn Neve's Seafood Pub Company, with a central bar leading into three dining rooms, two with feature fireplaces. A tap room is set aside for bar games. Its very ownership dictates fish by the boatload - for instance, spicy crab and brandy bisque with rarebit on toast; salt and pepper squid with rice wine and ginger dipping sauce; and smoked haddock, bubble-and-squeak, poached egg and wholegrain mustard sauce.
