The Chapel

48 Chapel Street, LONDON, NW1 5DP

The Chapel has a bright, open-plan interior of stripped floors and pine furniture, and boasts one of central London's largest enclosed pub gardens - great for the children to let off steam. Owners Alison McGrath and Lakis Hondrogiannis take delivery of the freshest produce for daily-changing menus featuring internationally influenced dishes, as well as Mediterranean antipasti and canapés. A sample menu lists creamy cauliflower soup with bacon and walnuts; rabbit pie; slow-cooked pork belly with braised lentils, buttered spinach and thyme sauce; and risotto with wild mushrooms, aubergines and peppers. There's a good choice of wines by the glass.
