The Shore Bar & Restaurant
Description
Part of this historic pub was a 17th-century lighthouse and, befitting its location beside the Port of Leith, it has a fine reputation for fish and seafood. The carte changes at every sitting during the day to ensure the freshest produce is on offer. A typical meal could be pan-fried pigeon breasts and pancetta followed by sautéed monkfish tail with a fennel and orange sauce. The bustling bar hosts regular live Latin-jazz and folk sessions.
