Pyne Arms

Just seven miles from Barnstaple, the Pyne Arms is a popular stop for walkers visiting nearby Arlington Court (NT) and Exmoor National Park. The pub was taken over by the Pannell family, who renovated the place whilst retaining its character and long tradition of feeding visitors well. Enjoy locally brewed Exmoor Stag ale or Thatchers Gold cider as you consider choices on a menu that might include steak and ale pie; home-made faggots with roasted root vegetable gravy and creamed mash potato; or Exmoor Ale battered cod, hand-cut chips, mushy peas and tartare sauce.
