The New Inn

AMROTH, Narberth, SA67 8NW

Originally a farmhouse, this 16th-century inn has been family run for over 40 years. The pub has old-world charm with beamed ceilings, a Flemish chimney, a flagstone floor and an inglenook fireplace. It is close to the beach, with views towards Saundersfoot and Tenby from the dining room upstairs. Along with Welsh beef, home-made dishes include slow-roast belly pork with mustard mash; pasta and meatballs; three bean smokey chilli; and tempura battered hake, chips and mushy peas. There is even a toddlers' menu in addition to the children's menu. Enjoy food or drink outside on the patio or large lawn complete with picnic benches.
