If you're an AA member/customer with a comment or question relating directly to campaigns and motoring policy then please email the Policy team at publicaffairs@theaa.com or post your comment in the AA Zone.
If you're an AA customer and your enquiry relates to any other matter including AA products and services then please use our email us form to ensure that your enquiry can be directed to the appropriate department and dealt with as efficiently as possible. Journalists
The AA has two generic phone numbers for media enquiries – one for our Motoring Policy team who deal with issues like fuel prices, road safety, transport policy etc., and one for the commercial press office for enquiries relating to AA products and services e.g. breakdown cover and associated services, insurance, loans and savings, driving school, AA Roadwatch, publishing, signs and hotel services.
