Usher takes customer service to AA new level

Usha Jassi, AA service provider of the year 2006 Usha Jassi of Wolverhampton has won national recognition from the UK's leading motoring organisation by being named AA Road Operations Service Provider of the Year.

Selection Process

Usha, who has worked for the AA for seven years, went through a gruelling selection process including interviews and monitoring of calls. She impressed the judges and scored highly on customer focus, communication skills, personality, enthusiasm and business awareness. Her nomination described her as a great ambassador for the company.

When not on the phones at the AA's call centre in Oldbury, Usha enjoys a wide range of interests including travelling, cooking, reading, listening to music and keeping fit, and she is a self-confessed 'shopaholic'.

Commenting on winning the award, Usha says: "I enjoy working for the AA and always try to treat each customer as an individual. I'm proud to have been chosen for this award which is great recognition, not just for me, but for the AA team at Oldbury as well."
