AA comes top for second year running

The AA has been judged the top UK breakdown provider for the second year running by Which? consumer magazine in its August issue. Which? is the magazine of the Consumer's Association – the largest independent consumer body in the UK with over 650,000 members.

With a customer satisfaction score of 84% and the highest scores achieved on both attendance times and repair rates, the AA stands head and shoulders above its competitors.

The survey also found that the AA was most likely to be recommended to a friend and that its dedicated patrols provided a better customer service than its unbranded counterparts.

Andrew Strong, CEO AA Services welcomed the news, "This is a fantastic result and rightly reflects the hard work and dedication that our patrols and front line staff put in to providing a first class service to our members.
