What happens next?

We're about to send you some important documents, which will include your Policy Schedule, Policy Terms and Conditions and further supporting documents. You should receive these within the next 7-10 days.

Next steps

Checking your details If we offer you cover, we'll send you:
  • A copy of the answers you gave in your application.
  • A declaration form.

  • Check that the answers are correct and use the declaration form to tell us of any changes. If you do inform us of any changes, it may be necessary for us to obtain further information.
  • Sign and return the declaration form, even if you don't need to tell us about any changes.
Your policy starts
  • Your policy will start on the date you requested in your application.
  • We'll send you your Policy Schedule and Policy Terms and Conditions, which may arrive before the policy start date.
Your first premium collection
  • We'll write to tell you when premiums will be taken from your bank account.
  • The first premium may not be taken on the date you requested.
  • Further premiums will be taken on your preferred collection date, or the next working day.
