The AA College Rosette Scheme has been designed to reflect current industry trends within the realistic working environments. The Award will form two levels of Award, with an additional ‘AA recommended level’ for those colleges who are working towards their goals of a higher award but have received an inspection.
The Process mirrors the current industry recognition and relates in principle to the AA’s 1 Rosette award at the ‘award’ level whilst the second tier will be showing elements of a higher Rosette levels. Additional Service, Hospitality and Kitchen management form a basis of this newly created award.
Qualified AA Hotel & Restaurant inspectors with relevant industry experience will carry out these visits. We take a balanced view between lunch and dinner service, much like we do within industry.
