Your credit card
is changing

New provider for your credit card

We'd like to inform you that Bank of Scotland and the AA are changing their credit card relationship. This means we will be replacing your current card with a Bank of Scotland branded credit card.

What do I need to do?

When you get your new Bank of Scotland credit card:

1. You'll need to make sure that you destroy your AA Credit Card in a way that your details can't be recognised.

2. You can service your new Bank of Scotland credit card online. If you are not already registered for the Bank of Scotland online service you will need to register at www.bankofscotland.co.uk/register. It’s easy to register using your new Bank of Scotland card number, once you have it, and only takes five minutes to complete.

3. Because your existing AA Credit Card has been provided by a partnership run by the AA and Bank of Scotland, we can only automatically transfer your account to an equivalent credit card issued by the Bank of Scotland.
