Chef Patron Chris Galvin and Head Chef André Garrett are passionate about the food they produce. They combine the freshest ingredients sourced locally with the latest cooking techniques. The importance of seasonality means that menus are regularly changed, encouraging constant innovation. Current gastronomic delights include fillet of braised turbot over fresh peas, girolles, braised gem lettuce and light jus gras, seared Landes foie gras, warm pain d'épices, hazelnut and citrus or Cornish crab, avocado, gazpacho and piment d'espelette.

Galvin at Windows regularly holds special events throughout the year to inspire their diners. We have plans for the traditional grouse dish to kick off the 'glorious 12th'.

Next to the restaurant, Galvin at Windows bar is ideal for before or after dinner drinks, or as a destination bar. With an equally spectacular view of the city below, it offers fantastic views in the daytime and a romantic setting for evening drinks. The cocktail menu is a balance of classic and contemporary creations; food offerings include tempting dishes such as André Garrett's foie gras burger or minute steak, pommes purée and red wine shallot.
