Accidents

When should you claim accident compensation?

We've all done it; had a fall that bruised pride more than body. But there are other times when you could slip or trip on an uneven surface and hurt yourself. Or perhaps you may suffer whiplash as a result of someone going into the back of your car.

An injury from an accident may even prevent you from working, or doing things you normally do. None of which is your fault.

Personal injury and accident claims

Here's how we can help you:

  1. call 08000 855 844
  2. our panel of solicitors will confirm if you have a valid accident compensation claim
  3. and if so, our panel of solicitors will seek to get compensation on your behalf, even if your case goes to court
  4. if successful, you'll get a cheque for the full amount of compensation

If you're worried about being saddled with legal costs, don't be. Cases are run on a no-win, no-fee basis. If you win, you'll receive the full amount of compensation awarded. Our panel of solicitors will claim the costs and expenses from the other party.

Been in an accident?

If you're not sure whether you have a case or not, here's a checklist that can help you decide if it's worth pursuing a claim for personal injury compensation.

  • Have you, or a family member, had an accident or personal injury?
  • Was it a slip, trip or fall?
  • Was it on the road, at work or a car accident?
  • Was the accident someone else's fault?

As long as it is someone else's fault and you've answered yes to any one of the other questions, it's worth giving us a call.

Lines are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
