European breakdown cover policy types

Single trip policies

If you're only planning on making a single trip to Europe, we offer the following options:

• Single Trip – cover for one trip (up to 8 people per vehicle)
• Single Trip Group – cover for one trip (9–15 people per vehicle)
• One-way* – outbound cover if you're flying back to the UK or returning with your vehicle after 31 days (up to 8 people per vehicle)
• One-way Group* – outbound cover if you're flying back to the UK or returning with your vehicle after 31 days (9–15 people per vehicle)

These policies allow you to make 1 claim per trip. All levels of cover are available, other than for Single Trip Group (which is only available with full cover).

Please note: you can tow a trailer or a caravan with these policies, but an additional supplement will be charged.

Annual policies

Planning on making at least 2 trips to Europe within a 12 month period? If so, you'll probably be interested in one of our annual policies:

• Annual Multi Trip – Unlimited trips abroad (up to 90 days each)
• Annual Long Stay* – Unlimited trips abroad (max trip length 350 days)
• Annual Joint* – Same as Multi Trip, but allows you and your partner to travel independently in the same vehicle

These policies allow you to make up to 3 claims a year. Lite and full levels of cover are available.

Please note: towing is included with our annual policies, so you won't need to pay anything extra for a caravan or trailer.
