Description: POSSIBLE CHAFING DAMAGE TO FRONT BRAKE RIGID FEED PIPE

Defect: There is a possibility that the support clip for the engine coolant radiator bottom hose could contact and chafe the front brake feed pipe. In extreme circumstances a hole could be chafed in the pipe leading to loss of brake fluid. The brake fluid low level warning lamp would illuminate and the effectiveness of the footbrake could be impaired.
Action: A revised bottom hose support clip will be fitted to every affected vehicle. The front brake pipe will be checked for any sign of chafe damage, and a new pipe fitted if necessary.

Defect: There is a possibility of water ingress to the rear wheel bearings. If ignored, this could result in bearing failure, and in extreme cases, possible loss of a road wheel.
Action: Recall affected vehicles and replace rear wheel bearings
