Action: Recall affected vehicles and replace the cylinder head cover with a modified one.

Defect: The possibility exists that the power steering oil pump pulley retaining nut may become loose, resulting, if the vehicle continues to be driven, in the pulley becoming detached. In the worst case, due to loss of drive to the water pump, the engine may seize.
Action: Recall likely to be affected vehicles and replace the pulley retaining nut with a modified version, which will be “loctited” in place and tightened to an increased torque.

Defect: Repeated thermal expansion and shrinkage in use may cause the front fog light socket holder to become detached from the fog light case. As a consequence, an exposed hot bulb may come into contact with part of the vehicle body or fittings
Action: Attach a spring to the rear of the fog light to prevent the socket holder detaching from the fog light case
