Defect: It has been identified that,the steering gear pressure hose may become damaged due to conflict with the engine cooling fan. Should the hose come into contact with the cooling fan there could be a sudden draining of the hydraulic oil from the system, and loss of steering power assistance.
Action: Recalled vehicles will have the steering pressure hose secured, to avoid possible engine cooling fan contact.

Defect: Fuel may leak from a defective fuel pressure line. Although unlikely, there is a potential that an external ignition source could ignite the fuel and result in a fire in the driver's side wheel arch area.
Action: Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to inspect and where necessary replace the fuel pressure line.
