Defect: As a result of an incorrect steering gear and steering knuckle combination being fitted during manufacture, the front tyres may contact the lower front suspension arms when the steering is turned on to a full lock.
Action: Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and replace both the steering knuckles. Additionally, the lower suspension arms and tyres will be checked for damage.

Defect: The fixing bolts of the front passenger seat rails to seat frame may fail and leave the seat insecure. In the event of an accident this could lessen the effectiveness of the seat belt.
