Defect: There is a possibility that following disconnection, the potential exists for either the fuel feed or return fuel line quick connectors to not fully re-engage.
Action: Recall affected vehicles, remove plastic quick-release collar from the connector, fully re-engage and fit safety clip.

Description: Possible fouling of fuel and brake pipes

Defect: The potential exists for a foul to occur between the brake modulator pipe and the fuel pipe entering the fuel cooler and a further foul between the brake modulator pre-charge pump and the brake pipes. This may result in eventual abrasive damage to the pipes and possible leakage
Action: Recall likely affected vehicles to check gap between pipes. If found to be too close or if corrosion protection has worn off, will be taken. In the unlikely event of excessive abrasion, the affected pipes will be replaced
