Defect: Advised by manufacturer that hot particles resulting from a triggering of the rear seat belt tensioners in the event of a severe accident could cause the covers on the belt tensioners with modified fire proof versions.
Action: Recall affected vehicles and replace the covers on the seat belt tensioners with modified fire proof versions.
