Exact Model: Vantage
VIN: S00001 to S01115
Build Date: 01 April 2009 to 30 September 2012

Defect: It has been established that the Tyre Pressure Management System (TPMS) ECU had been installed with incorrect specification software for the front axle. Launch Date: 09 March 2000
Recall: No. 9 of 9
Recall Ref: R/2006/021
Exact Model:
Description: Engine may not start
Build Date:
Numbers: 125
Defect: The engine may not start because the power train to chassis primary earth stud may have intermittent high resistance. This condition may occur when electrical items that draw high current are utilised, in which case the electrical path could route through the rear braided hoses causing them to heat up and possibly melt, leading to a soft pedal, illumination of the brake warning lamp and poor starting.
Action: Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected so the primary earth stud can be moved to a new location and fit a secondary earth strap between the transmission and chassis.
Launch Date: 08 February 2006
