Compare with other cars in the City Car category

The Panda body shell is strong and stable, but even though the car is fitted with front safety belt pre-tensioners and load limiters, high loads were recorded by the passengerís chest instrumentation in the frontal impact. High loads were also recorded by the chest instrumentation in the side impact. A door on the struck side opened in the side impact test. The child protection offered by the car was disappointing. Pedestrian protection was also disappointing.
