The Punto Dynamic is fitted with driver and passenger airbags, front seat-belt pretensioners and load-limiters, side impact airbags and head-protecting curtain airbag. It has seat-belt reminders for the front seats and ISOFIX anchorages with top tethers in the rear outer seats. ABS and EBD is fitted as standard. Euro NCAP commented that the head-protecting curtain airbag interacted with the B-pillar trim in the side impact although it deployed correctly in the pole test. Fiat is addressing this issue.
