4. Bookings may be rearranged as long as Flight Simulators Midlands are notified up to 24 hours ahead of your flight slot.
5. Customers who do not show up to their flight slot will not be entitled to a refund.
6. A maximum of two passengers can join the flight. No unsupervised children under the age of 12 years.
7. Customers must arrive for their briefing no later than 30 minutes before their slot.
8. Late arrivals may have to be re-booked as it could interfere with the next slot time.
