This hugely prestigious award is presented annually in recognition of the hotel group that has a proven track record of striving to ensure the very best levels of service, food and accommodation across the range of properties. QHotels exterior QHotels, originally named Quintessential Hotels, was founded in February 2003 by Managing Director Michael Purtill, Finance Director Ian Goulding, and Sales Director David Taylor. The group was renamed QHotels in May 2005 to provide a fresh and less traditional brand name. QHotels operates 21 establishments in England and Scotland and has become a brand leader with the UK four star market.

Through its five years of operation, QHotels has demonstrated flair and creativity and a true entrepreneurial spirit which has driven the brand to become the strong presence that it is today.
