Description
Formerly Jaan Restaurant, and now renamed 12 Temple Place, this riverside, city based hotel offers excellent views of the river and the city. The restaurant has undergone a change from its former style although food continues to focus on quality and freshness. New Executive Chef Brian Spark has produced a menu that is based on modern British styles and which features regional, seasonal and fresh produce, with Hebridean crab, Galloway beef and even a London Gin and sloe berry parfait. There is also an eye for sustainability, with Shetland farmed cod on the menus, which offer a tasting option as well as the more flexible carte selections.
