Expect roasted fillet of cod served with parsnip purée and a lightly curried ragout of mussels, or maybe roast loin of venison with sweet potato purée and braised red cabbage, and perhaps a cinnamon crème brûlée with molasses ice cream, or hot chocolate fondant accompanied by hazelnut ice cream to round things off in style.
