The short fixed-price menu makes good use of local seasonal ingredients, with dishes allowing the main ingredients to shine through. The kitchen's passion for food is revealed in a beautifully presented starter of organic salmon, rolled in herbs and served with pickled cauliflower, bacon crème caramel and smoked herring roe, and an equally impressive main course of roast beef fillet with creamed garlic, wild mushroom tortellini, truffled gnocchi and Madeira jus.
