1Stop Travel Insurance

Important news for policyholders

Unfortunately, Cigna Insurance Services (Europe) Ltd, which arranges and administers 1Stop Travel Insurance policies, is no longer providing travel insurance. To coincide with this, the AA has decided to stop using the 1Stop brand.

Current 1Stop policies remain unaffected

If you have an existing 1Stop policy – with a policy number starting C1ST or C1SW – your cover will continue until the policy expires. However, you won't receive a renewal invitation this year.

Despite the decision to stop using the 1Stop brand, you can still get travel insurance from the AA.
