Description
This contemporary and stylish hotel in the heart of Swansea boasts two restaurants, the busy ground-floor Dragon Brasserie with open-plan kitchen, and the main restaurant for more formal dining. With its floor-to-ceiling windows to enable you to watch the hustle and bustle of the city, the Brasserie offers both fixed-price and carte modern European menus including a variety of interesting dishes featuring local produce. Try a starter like leek and potato soup with warmed Caerphilly cheese and croûtons, followed by roasted rump of Welsh lamb with ratatouille, dauphinoise potatoes and watercress.
