The cooking is full of both sea-fresh savour and hearty meaty robustness. Expect starters of tender sashimi-style octopus on Santorini broad bean purée, with shallot and caper dressing, followed by crisp-skinned medium-rare salmon with broccoli and cauliflower, or grilled lamb chops and côte de (Angus) boeuf for two. The sides alone will have you dreaming of a holiday booking: Lefkada lentils; Prespes giant beans; almond skordalia; cooling tzatziki. Finish with karidopita, orange-scented spicy walnut cake, with vanilla ice cream.
