It's modern and colourful interior consists of mirrored lattice work and bamboo tables, plus an outside terrace. The menu offers a pan-Asian panoply that includes creative dim sum such as chicken croquettes with yuzu mayo and crispy aromatic duck rolls, alongside classic sushi and sashimi (spicy tuna and spring onion ura maki, say, or salmon sashimi). There are small snacks and salads along the lines of chicken thigh teriyaki skewers and confit duck salad with watermelon, and full-on main courses that run to stir-fried tiger prawn sambal and red duck curry with pineapple and bamboo shoots. Desserts include the exotic sounding yuzu cheesecake with kumquat comp?te, and the more European-centric chocolate fondant.
