The small kitchen team show a creative touch through a menu which includes plenty of crowd pleasers. You might find crab and avocado salad with avocado crème fraîche and poppy and sesame seed wafers, followed by rump of lamb marinated in Shiraz with cauliflower cream, cumin-dusted sweetbread and roast garlic, plus a modern take on an old favourite - coconut milk and rosewater pannacotta and carpaccio of Malibu-infused pineapple.
