Named after Fleetwood Mac's landmark 1977 album, it is now comprehensively refurbished, with innovative heating and plumbing systems which reduce its environmental footprint. Hospitable staff add to its charm. Food offerings include an extensive hand-made pizza menu alongside more formal à la carte options; maybe grilled goat's cheese with roasted beetroot and truffle honey dressing followed by pork sausages braised in red wine, shallots and mushrooms served with mash.
