The Flowing Spring

Some quirky furnishings and artefacts will make this rural Fullers' pub stick in the mind, as may the sloping floor, whilst families love the huge garden bounded by two streams, one of which emanates from a nearby spring, hence the name. Beams, open fires and a verandah balcony overlooking Thames Valley countryside are the accompaniment to the invigorating menu of pub classics and creative new dishes using locally sourced and foraged produce; the soups are particularly notable. A summer beer festival is planned.
