The Almanack

Abbey End North, KENILWORTH, CV8 1QJ

This award-winning modern British gastro-pub was inspired by the 1960s Kinks' hit 'Autumn Almanac'. Stylish and contemporary, it is furnished with retro Danish teak furniture, original album covers and a huge island bar separating the lounge from the eatery and open kitchen. The pub is open all day for breakfast, coffee and cake, lunch and dinner; menu choices include deli boards, a daily roast, a selection from the chargrill, and full meals such as cheese fondue with crudités and country bread, followed by creamy fish stew with clams, butterbeans and chorizo, with crème brulee for dessert. There's a special kids' menu, too.
