Turfcutters Arms

Cyclists, ramblers, dog-walkers and locals congregate here all year round. In winter the open fires warm the cockles, while the lovely garden comes into its own in summer. Good beer including Ringwood and draught ciders such as Thatchers Gold complement a menu of unpretentious pub grub including jacket potatoes, ploughman's and filled baguettes. Among the favourites are home-made chilli; barbecue ribs; Wiltshire home-baked ham, egg and chips. Children have their own menu, and canine treats are handed out at the bar.
