Ye Olde Plough House Inn
Description
A welcoming 18th-century free house set in the heart of the Cornish countryside, yet only three miles from the coastal town of Looe. The building features slate floors, wood-burning stoves, settles and old pews, with a fenced, grassy garden outside. Lunchtime brings white or granary baguettes, ploughman's, and hot plates such as home-cooked ham, egg and chips; roast of the day; and beef and stilton pie. In the evening you can cook your own steak on a preheated grillstone.
