The international 'passport' for campers is recognised at most campsites in Europe.
At some campsites a reduction to the advertised charge may be allowed on presentation of the card.
The CCI, which is valid for 12 months, provides third-party insurance cover for up to 11 people camping away from home, or staying in rented accommodation or at a hotel.
The CCI is also a respected proof of identity. In many campsites you will be able to hand in your CCI so you can keep your passport with you.
AA personal members can purchase a CCI from the Caravan Club or the Camping & Caravanning Club. You will be required to quote your AA membership number.
