Although this hotel was luxurious and the staff very helpful. I cannot give it a higher rating as, having entrusted our car to their valet parking, we had it returned with the lock missing from the boot. I have made several approaches to the General Manager and received no satisfaction. They deny any responsibility for the damage and insist it couldnt have happened there. Although I am positive it was perfect when handed over to their care,.So beware of valet parking.
