Membership Services Director, The AA
Kirsty joined the AA as Strategy and Innovation Director in June 2014 and then took on the role of Membership Services Director in November 2014. She is responsible for the AA’s Motoring, Media and Driving Schools Businesses as well as directing the AA’s strategy in the Connected Car Sphere. She is also the AA’s Group Strategy Director.
Kirsty previously worked for Oliver Wyman as a Principal in the Consumer Services division. She graduated from Oxford University with a MA in Classics and spends her spare time running, cooking, and trying to persuade her husband to get a dog!
Head of Hotel Services, The AA
Andrew joined the AA as Head of Hotel Services in April 2017. He has worked within the hospitality industry for 20 years, gaining invaluable experience as a general manager in a range of 4- and 5-star hotels throughout the country, including Down Hall Country House Hotel, The MacDonald Bath Spa Hotel and Tylney Hall Hotel.
Andrew’s proven leadership and management acumen ideally places him to engage with the industry and to develop the inspection team. He not only delivers the essential expertise that AA Hotel Services has been providing to establishments for over a century, but is also innovating new and exciting products and services for the digital age.
