Before you start the claim, check the loss or damage is covered in your home insurance policy booklet.
If you've had to pay a tradesman to make urgent repairs to prevent further loss or damage, keep their receipts handy.
Here's how to make your claim online.
- Create an account – you'll be redirected to our Synergy claims site*
- Enter your name, email address and phone number, and create a password
- Start a new claim in your Synergy account
You'll need to have your AA home insurance policy reference to hand, and provide a few details about the incident.
We'll then get in touch to discuss your claim by the next business day.
* Synergy is our online platform for reporting your claim. All claims will be managed by the AA.
