Marwell Zoological Park
Description
Marwell has over 200 species of rare and wonderful animals including tigers, snow leopards, rhino, meerkats, hippo and zebra. Highlights include The World of Lemurs, Encounter Village, Tropical World with its rainforest environment, Into Africa for giraffes and monkeys, Penguin World and Desert Carnivores. Recent additions include an exciting new snow leopard enclosure and a walkway that enables visitors to come face to face with the giraffes. Marwell is dedicated to saving endangered species and every visit helps conservation work. With road and rail trains, holiday activities, gift shop and adventure playgrounds Marwell provides fun and interest for all ages.

Open all year, daily 10-6 (summer), 10-4 (winter). (Last admission 90 mins before closing). Closed 25 Dec.
