Discover the treasures of the Cotswolds at the Corinium Museum. Two years and over £5 million in the making, it has been transformed into a must-see attraction. Featuring archaeological and historical material from Cirencester and the Cotswolds, from prehistoric times to the 19th century. The museum is known for its Roman mosaic sculpture and other material from one of Britain's largest Roman towns. On display are Anglo-Saxon treasures from Lechlade bringing to life this little-known period. The museum also houses Medieval, Tudor, Civil War and 18th-19th century displays.
